FC2000

The FaceClipper 2000 is a semi-automatic machine that easily installs clips onto furniture rails for sinuous spring attachment. The FC2000 is easy to use, requiring only compressed air to operate and deliver reliable clips three times faster than hand applications. The all-steel face clips used by the FC2000 feature our patented polycord collation technology, high-profile upturned edges, and an extended polypropylene liner.

With an adjustable-height clipping head, the FC2000 can accommodate rails from 5/8” to 3” (15.9mm to 76mm) in height. A removable entry guide allows for clipping curved and irregularly shaped rails of hardwood, softwood, plywood, and composites, in lengths up to 96” (2438mm). The straightforward design of the machine is easy to operate and lets you deliver clips consistently spaced. No electricity usage and semi-automatic functioning mean fewer moving parts and lower service costs, saving you time and money.
