The Panel Tacker Machine is designed for use in the upholstery industry. The machine drives one panel tack from the strip into a panel (usually cardboard), then clinches it to the panel with the protruding nail. This process easily delivers a seam-free upholstery edge. Panel material parameters are: .180” (4.6mm) maximum for cardboard, .094” (2.4mm) maximum for chipboard, or .094” (2.4mm) maximum for plywood.
