FC4000

The FaceClipper 4000 is a semi-automatic, multi-tool clipping machine that installs clips into furniture rails for sinuous spring attachment. You can set up the FC4000 to use six clipping heads to tackle any of your clipping needs. All clipping heads fire simultaneously, letting you clip a whole rail in one second, and move to accommodate various clip patterns and rail curvatures.

With the FC4000, you’ll see an increase in your clipping speed of four times more than hand applications. This machine is easy to use, reliable, and uses only compressed air to operate, so you have fewer moving parts to attend to. Use our all-steel Face Clips individually or with the FC4000, which features our patented polycord collation technology, high-profile upturned edges, and extended polypropylene liner.

The Versa Clipper machines use the high-strength, all-steel VersaClip, featuring:

• 19-gauge steel with triple embossment that provides clip strength, durability, and holding power.
• Integral nails that enter the rail at different points to prevent splitting and provide superior holding power.
• High-profile upturned edges that provide an excellent target for easy spring-up and hammer closing.
• Extended polypropylene liner that extends past the ends of the clip to prevent metal-to-metal noise.
• Liner and spring locks that mechanically lock liner in place and accurately position sinuous springs in clip.
• Radius edges that conform to sinuous spring shape.
